PASSED!!
Although, I felt like getting sick towards the end...All I could think of was not to tip over for Shumatsu Dosa...
Accidentaly, I let David's hands go when I was just about to do Yonkajo Osae the right side...was surprised but did not panic, the left side, I went through as slow as possible and tried not to miss a point...
Techniques:
- Shomen Uchi Yonkajo Osae-1
- Shomen Uchi Sokumen Iriminage-2
- Kata Mochi Hijishime-1

4. Shomen Uchi Ikkajo Osae-2
- Block shomen uchi getting Uke's elbow with strong thumb and baby finger
- Move Uke's elbow towards his ear and over 180 degree pivot after he starts moving
- Keep the elbow in front
- Start moving forward from knee make Uke start moving
- Shift and get Uke down (Hiriki no Yosei-2 shifting)
- Put down Uke's arm putting own knee down
- Stretch
- Ikkajo Osae
David and I agree; Getting the elbow in the right angle and make the biggest pivot would do 80% of the technique, cool :)
I love this technique! Its very simple, but very strong. I experienced the hardest smash onto the mat with my knee when our lovely teacher, Roland did it on me with San nin Dori pace. I could not laugh with the pain for the first time...its a killer!
